Hair Bundle Policy

7-10 day processing time

• All bundles are shampooed and conditioned, ready for installation.
• Recommended bundle amounts:
  • Light Boho or Boho Ends – 1 bundle
  • Regular Boho – 2 bundles
  • Heavy Boho – 3 bundles
  • Sew-In Bora Bora Look – 4 bundles
• No refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.
• All in-stock hair will ship within 2–48 hours of purchase.
• Local Pickup (NC customers only): Pickup is free, but orders must be collected at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation. Contact us shortly after placing your order to arrange pickup.
• We strongly recommend booking hair appointments after receiving your bundles. We are not responsible for rescheduled or missed appointments due to unexpected shipping delays.
